Not one of mine but Mads helped this guy get to Everest. It reminded me a lot of the walking trip Mick and myself did to Everest  in 2002. There is nothing like being surrounded by the worlds highest mountains whether you go to the Annapurna Sanctuary, or at base camp. If you want peace and quite I would suggest going while there is a bund (general Strike ) on as it deters the hordes that descend during the walking season and helps you get a bed.
