The Houndstooth is a traveling circus that turns up in town once a year. The main protagonists are upper elite who when not looking down on the meer billionaires below them, run mining companies, spy agencies, private armies, and compliant prime ministers.They meet under the disguise of a golf game to discuss the devide up of the small bits of the galaxy they don't already own. No one knows their real names as they only use coded pseudonyms to protect their identities.
